About Me

My name is Tosha. My natural journey began when I was born. I grew up in the middle of nowhere on beautiful farm at the base of the mountains. i spent much of my childhood hiking in the mountains around my house looking for arrowheads and drinking the sweet stuff out of honeysuckle flowers. My mom and dad made sure we didn't consume things like Kool-Aid, soda and potato chips. They believed in healthy natural living.

When I was fifteen. We started using essential oils. I loved them right away and am passionate about them still. I found that I could relieve all kinds of problems with essential oils.

I used to get migraines so I carried around a migraine essential oil blend. When I felt one coming on, I applied to oil to my forehead and the migraine never showed up. After learning about oils, we were introduced to all kinds of natural supplements and superfoods. I thank my parents for being open minded. It has opened the door for me to learn so much!

In 2003 and 2004 I served a mission for my church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. After 14 amazing months, I had to come home because I got very sick. After visiting several Western medicine doctors, I found a naturopathic doctors. After making some dietary changes and adding some supplements, my health was restored and I was once again converted to treating health issues naturally.

In 2009 I received a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University. I feel that much more learning has come since then by doing my own research. In 2007 after the birth of my first daughter, I really wanted to use all natural products on her little body. I bought some amazing lavender lotion. The ingredients looked pretty simple so with a little research, I found them and began experimenting. I love making skincare and rarely make the same thing twice! There are so many amazing options. Many of my recipes are listed on this site. I give optional ingredients for most recipes. I hope that will encourage you to experiment a little! I believe in all things good, natural and healthy. I am passionate about my children, my religion, and my husband. I am also an avid reader, love to exercise and love to do art projects with my kids. Travel is very inspiring to me and I also love yoga.
