The Negative Effects of High Fructose Corn Syrup

Have you heard the corn industry propaganda that high fructose corn syrup is just sugar and natural? Well it is not.

The corn industry will go to great lengths to tell you that high fructose corn syrup is safe and not any different than sugar. What they won't tell you is that the corn has been so genetically modified that is no longer recognizable as food. Your body does not know what to do with it so it stores it in the form or fat and distributes it throughout your arteries. It takes nutrients to process it but gives nothing back. It robs your body of vital nutrients to process it. It leads to tooth decay, obesity, cancer, liver failure and heart disease when consumed in small amounts.

When HFCS was tested for safety and purity by an FDA researcher they found an alarming amount of mercury. They are found substances that they did not even know what they were. These substances were not found in sugar. 

HFCS is high in fructose. Fructose goes directly to the liver were the liver has to work very hard to process it. Thus high consumption weakens the liver.

There are no health benefits to consuming HFCS and the negative effects are so harmful that I never eat it or feed it to my family.
